Hi all!
Just looking for some advice. I have been trying to lose weight for the past 2 years or so but cannot drop below 154 (I am 5'3 F). I have been calorie counting for years ranging from 1200-1800 trying to find something that works. Sadly I seem to lose 3-4 pounds and then it is back again. However I am now starting to worry I am becoming to obsessed with the counting part. I weigh nearly everything I eat but feel it is Abit unhealthy how much I focus on it. It is like a inner torture trying not to eat and being good for a couple of days but being starving and then eating loads in one go.
Just wonder should I keep going with the calorie counting or try something else. Basically just looking for anyone who has been in a similar situation and how you broke the cycle.
