60 days before my birthday I made a calendar. I wanted to make serious changes before my 21st birthday. My birthday is now 25 days away and I have not lose any weight. I feel different and think I look a little different but in reality, it’s most likely my imagination. I work out 4-5 times a week and I have cut out so much bad food. I’ve been feeling pretty depressed so in reality I haven been eating that much. Today I went out with my family for lunch and had a burrito and i’ve felt so bloated for the past 7 hours since.
What am I doing wrong? Or is it too soon to see any real change? I see all these girls on tiktok who lose 60 lbs in 3 months and I wanted that to be me. I weight 190 and i’m 5’6. My weight yoyos a lot from 170-190. Although I was maintaining around 170 for 1 1/2 years. In march at the beginning of Quarantine I finally got around 160. Now i’m back to 190. Maybe because i’m not walking as much but im working out more. I guess I’m just at a lose of what to do.
I want to make serious life style changes but it’s so hard. My parents were both on the bigger side and we were so unhealthy. My mom got surgery and that’s how she lost weight and keeps it off by just not being hungry.
