Firstly I know a lot of people will suggest taking it slow and doing it the healthy way and to eat better which I have been doing but I'm just curious, if I wanted to lose weight as quick as possible without doing water fasting which would be the best way? Right now I'm excersing daily and doing omad 1200 calories and eating healthy but its just so much effort for very slow results it seems.
I'm 5'5, 171 pounds and I want to be 130 pounds.. obviously I know unhealthy weight loss ways isn't maintainable so I would only do it the unhealthy way for like a month or however long I can go, I'm so frustrated with myself that I'm choosing to lose weight the unhealthy way first.
