Tips for least mentally draining exercises?

F, 20, 5ft, CW: 44.5kg

I've tried doing things like home workouts which include cardio, HIIT and weight training but I always give up because I hate doing them so much. I'm really good at dieting and calorie restricting so that's not an issue. Because of my lack of exercise I even lowered my calorie intake but I'm getting closer to an unhealthily low weight yet still have a lot of chub and I want to be thinner.

I have depression and honestly really don't have the mental energy to keep up with any home workouts. They make me even more depressed for some reason and don't give me that good, happy feeling everyone talks about after working out.

I was wondering if there's any exercises like walking or something similar that aren't as mentally draining that I'm more likely to keep up doing that are still pretty effective. I don't think I need to actually lose weight as I'm already on the lower end of having a healthy BMI. I just need move about more maybe as I live a very sedentary lifestyle so have a skinny-fat body. Any tips would be very helpful. Thank you!
