10 days in and I'm starting to struggle

I've been tracking my food on MFP for 10 days. It hasn't been perfect but I've been doing well overall. Except today. Today I had to go to the grocery store to get some pre-made food from the local grocery store because there wasn't food in the house. I bought macaroni salad even though it didn't have nutrition facts on it. I also bought an enchiladas lean cuisine and logged those calories. As for the macaroni salad, I estimated It was 650 calories. I'm pretty sure it could have been more. I'm positive I went over my daily calories for the day because of my breakfast and the little bit of food I ate when I got home from work. I wouldn't feel as bad about going over if the food had actually tasted good but it made my stomach feel awful. I will continue tracking because I know this isn't going to hurt me in the long run. I just know I'm going to feel this way more often in the future as I'm going back to college and I know I won't be able to accurately count calories in the dining hall. I'll continue doing my best though. All of your posts inspire me so much.
