33/F SW: 242, CW: 235, GW: 150
While logging my dinner tonight in MyFitnessPal, I noticed that it was my 23rd day in a row logging. This is a huge win for me. I’ve never been able to stick with this and for whatever reason, it just clicked for me this time. I’m so sick of feeling overweight and unhealthy.
To that end, I’ve stopped binge eating, I’ve stopped mindless eating, my portions are considerably smaller, I haven’t had fast food in 23 days, and I eat more fruits and veggies than I ever have.
I also started seeing a wellness coach through my work health benefits. I’m hoping to address how and why I became an a emotional and stress eater, and how I allowed myself to gain 100 lbs. in a 10 year span. I’m focusing on my relationship with food at this point. Eventually I’ll incorporate regular workouts.
This is hard work. It’s truly a day-to-day process. Here’s to the next 23 days.
