Hello losers,
I was technically on two mountains today. Pretty good for a hump day!
Weight by end of month 232-227 (lose 5-10 lbs): 230.6 this morning, 231.3 trend weight.
Stay in calorie goal (weekly average): Maintenance day. Mountain requires fuel.
Exercise 5 days a week: Hiked Mount Evans, from Summit Lake to Spaulding to the summit of Evans. We saw mountain goat, sheep, marmots, pikas, finches & a lot of rocks! 16/21 days.
Limit purchased coffee drinks (3 a week): None today! Got my syrup and am rocking and rolling again. 12/13 (monthly total allowed).
No fast food: After mountain, which was on purpose at least so I could say I earned it. 4/21 days.
Self-care treat once a week: Feeling good on this one. 3/3 weeks.
Practice drawing with pencils/art supplies: I am all over body tired so we'll see.
