Im about to get really serious on losing some weight. I was the kind of guy that measured his weight by how he felt. Recently i stepped on a weighing scale and i weighed about 115kg (230lbs) while i was 100kg (200lbs) 2 months ago. Do you guys think buying a weight scale is a good idea for this moment ? And should i buy a digital one or a normal one?
Im 187cm (arround 6"2ft i think?) And im 20 years old.
I wanna maintain my muscle mass and i wanna get rid of this unnecessary fat. So im wondering what the ideal goalweight should be aswell .
