Soo I went from 205lbs to 160lbs, felt great, eating clean, exercising but didn’t reach my goal of 134lbs.
I got complacent and I’m back up at 175lbs and supper disappointed in myself tbh.
I’m going to put it behind me and engage with all the things that I found helpful the last time, and this sub is definitely one of those things!
Has anyone else done the same thing? Any one lurking and want to jump back on the bandwagon with me?
I know everyone finds it hard, it’s really difficult initially, but I dunno second time round I’m finding it harder, I think because it’s not all new and exciting, I’m not discovering what I need to know, I know it I’m just struggling to be disciplined enough to do it!
I think it’s about the focus, really spending the time on yourself, loving yourself, maybe that’s why it’s not easy and I’m pretty pissed at myself for getting part way back here.
Each week I just dwell on it, it gets worse so I’m starting tomorrow, how I did when I first started-mindful eating, focus back on what I’m putting in my body and count the calories - just gonna log it and see, start there!
If anyone has a similar experience I’d be really interested to know how you felt about it?
