I've searched the internet for clues on this and not found much, so I hope it's okay to ask here. I'm nursing a 1.5 year old. Most of her nutrition comes from solid food but some days she still nurses quite a bit, day and night. And some days are like today where she doesn't start until 5 in the afternoon. How can I set a good calorie goal for myself? I don't want to lose my milk but I've quite a bit of weight to lose. I'm mostly sedentary, I think. I am after my children all day and go for walks almost every day but no consistent heavy exercise. I'm not sure where to even start.
Stats: 5'1", 32 yo, 175 lbs.
