I apologize that this may not be a fun post, but I'm out of my mind very upset. In an effort of disclosing everything honestly I just want to say I'm not unaware that I may have trying to lose weight the wrong way, I just need to understand why this is happening. I spent about a week eating less than 500 calories and I lost close to 7 lbs, but was miserable. I went back to eating about 1200 calories all this week and I've gained back 3 lbs. According to MyFitnessPal my calorie limit is about 1600 and I should still lose 2 pounds a week... Why am I gaining weight? I'm very diligently tracking and I've lost 80 pounds this way so I'm very sure that my food is being counted correctly.
