I put on about 20 pounds due to quarantine and now that gyms are back up I figured it was time to burn some off. I'm hitting the gym 6-7 times a week for muscle building, alternating between legs, chest, arms and core and im doing 30mins to and hour on the stationery bike every night hoping to switch to the treadmill or running soon. I was never in the best shape to begin with and didn't hit the gym much before. I'm doing 7 reps 7 sets 7 times at 80% max, 1 min break each time. I was hoping to lose 20lbs of fat by December(3 months). And eventually be able to do a 10k run. Any advice would be much appreciated
