My chest has always been the problem. My waist is definitely smaller for my weight, so it’s mostly in the upper area. I dropped a few sizes in pants and I’m now 1x!!
I was wondering if cardio would help solve this. It’s gotten smaller before, but during quarantine they just started getting bigger again no matter what I did. It’s just making me uncomfortable. I’m currently sick with the stomach flu, so I can’t make it back to the gym until next week. It’s driving me insane being stuck at home again and the withdrawal is real!!
If any women has any advice for this topic, Please do share!! I’m trying my best to avoid getting breast reduction, though everyone I know is suggesting that it would be easier.
