Howdy dudes just a little bit of a pick me up for some of y'all thinking you can't make a change.

I'm not going to lie and say things were super easy but after the first couple weeks things started to get a lot better. The key for me was having my brother invested with me and has a gym partner. I haven't started CICO just, cutting drinking calories, intermittent fasting 8/16, gym 5 days a week typically 1hr sessions mostly strength training though. However during the year I tore my meniscus, and broke my wrist, and had a couple pretty rough deperession spirals so my last couple months were a little less than goal reaching was hoping for 120lbs lost and didn't meet my goal and I cheated a bit since most of loss was clearly my hair.
Overall I'm feeling a bit better it's easier to walk up stairs and I can play dbz with my kids for a lot longer. I know it's not wild results but hoping maybe it helps inspire another person to take the plunge.
On the bright side everyone said I'd lose my boobs if I lost weight but that didn't happen :) /s
