Pic on the left is from when I was 20 years old. I was a complete disaster and had gained 70 lbs in just two years! I was eating anything and everything, especially fast food burgers, friend chicken, and frozen pizzas. I was addicted to computer games and hardly ever moved. My weight fluctuated over the next decade between 230 back to the 260s several times. I never could quite seem to get anything to stick. Fast forward to January of 2018, I was 261 lbs. I was sick of feeling sick and decided to take charge. For the past year and 8 months I have been working hard. I am now 217lbs, and just ran a 5K at 26'52"! If you had told me that the guy on the left would be working out 6 days, and running 10-15 miles a week, I would have laughed in your face! I still have a ways to go, but I am loving this journey and the new me! If you are struggling with your weight... please take it from me. The journey is tough, but it is ABSOLUTELY worth it! Nothing tastes as good as feeling healthy and feeling confident! Get out there and go after your goals! You can do it! Shoot for the stars people! =)
