Ive been on an off when trying to lose weight for the longest time. Id start strong and really motivated, then id eat fast food once and it all would tumble from there. I thought it was impossible for me to actually lose more than 10 lbs at a time. And even when i did i gained like 20 more.
My mom was always pretty blunt with me and she told me one day that im ballooning. She wasnt trying to be mean. But i had gain alot of weight and it was worrying. I stepped on the scale to see the biggest number i had seen in a long time. So together with my mom i started my weightloss journey.
Now i still was on and off but i got back on quicker and faster, not letting to much time in between. But the last 2 months for me has been the real work. Ive been going on long walks and going to the gym. I eat great and gave up diets and just ate better (basically the common sense diet). I dont feel like im losing weight, i feel like im getting stronger. I am even attempting running (trust me this is big news).
Its become a whole family thing now trying to get ourselves in shape. And i thank the people around me who are supporting me. As off yesterday its been 2 months of pure hardwork and dedication. No stopping. And im proud.
