I start my day off great. Eating a balanced breakfast, a filling lunch, and a healthy dinner that totals between 1400 and 1500 calories. However, sometimes when night hits I binge. I’m never hungry at night but my mind just tells me to eat. I’ve gotten better with binging. I really have. I went from binging everyday to only once or twice a week. Which is progress and I’m proud that I’ve reduced it significantly. But I don’t know how to fully stop. My binges tend to be emotionally charged and I’m going through some difficult things. I found that distracting myself and not letting myself get bored help a lot but I have no idea what else to do. Even with binging I’ve always been a healthy weight. I have a relatively fast metabolism but I still gained a little and I’m not fond of it. I’m tall and have a slender bone structure so it makes me look bigger :( Previously, I was 125 lbs but I binged consecutively for a few months and ended up gaining 11 pounds (136 lbs). Now, I’m down to 131 lbs and I just need that push to help me lose the remaining weight. Any tips to curb binge eating?
