I’ve been reading some posts around Reddit and I’ve seen that many say that BCAAs are useless? How did you get over your energy drink addiction?

I’m slowly cutting out foods and drinks that are generally bad for me, but I can’t seem to let go of Bang energy drinks (rockstars monsters as well), so I’ve been trying to see if I can find a quality BCAA that I can use rather than always drinking water (I drink a gallon a day).

But, I’ve readthat people say they’re useless and it’s just a marketing ploy for you to buy expensive healthy waters. You should be getting your amino acids from a balanced diet.

I completely agree with this and I understand it, but I still enjoy the flavor of Bangs. Flavors like black cherry vanilla, peach mango, etc,

I guess what my question has come to, is how can I replace my “addiction” to energy drinks with something healthier and more natural besides protein shakes and smoothies?
