So my workout routine was speed walking on the treadmill for 30 minutes in the morning (I have a heavy schedule with being a full time student and working part time). Well I found this YouTube channel called Kkardio Dance and they do intense K-pop dance workouts with the music in the background. They change the original choreography for most of it so it's more intense but keeps some of the signature moves. Anyways! I discovered I burn the same amount of calories doing 3 sounds of Kkardio Dance as I do walking for 30 minutes. Not to mention I'm getting better at dancing and it's so much fun! Just thought I would tell people about this really fun and awesome workout. :)
