Losing is so much harder this time.

I am on this train for the second time around. Starting in summer of 2017 I weighed somewhere around 220 (I'm 5'0'' for reference) and I got down to 145 within a year. I stopped losing weight last June after a bad break-up. For the past year I've maintained at 145 with no effort.

For the past year I had loved the way I looked but recently I've been wanting to lose a little more. Nothing much, 15 lbs. I want to lose so little because I've never weighed this much so I don't know what I'll look like at 130.

Christ in a cupboard, it's so hard this time! Staying at around 1,200kcal, getting my exercise and 10k steps in. It's brutal. I don't get it, I don't get why it's so hard this time. Honestly, I can see where some people get the idea of a 'set-point' because it never seems like my body wants to budge. But I also know that that's because no matter how 'strict' I think I'm being, I'm really not.

But I will lose these 10lbs by December. For the past two years I've always had a birthday where I felt better about myself than the year I did before and I will do that again this year.
