Lost 70 lbs in 11 months! Intermittent fasting, portion control, and regular exercise are the way to go! (pics)

I feel like a completely different person! To start off, here are my progress pictures. Here's how my face has changed and here's how my body has changed (Labeled NSFW for male upper body nudity)

I have been overweight for most of my adult life, and, being short, I had a very poor self image. My confidence has never been all that great, but I found myself at an all time low last September. I decided to start controlling my portions, cutting out unnecessary snacking and all carbonated beverages. Just doing that helped me lose about 20 lbs by New Years. In January I got a gym membership, and I started a routine of 15 minutes of weight lifting followed by 45 minutes of intense cardio. I tried to keep my heart rate above 150 when pushing during cardio. I also began skipping meals whenever I felt like I could, but making sure that I was still eating a balanced diet. Over time, I got more comfortable with the feeling of hunger, and skipping meals became less of a drain on my energy.

If anybody has any questions, I'm more than happy to help. Motivation is essential, and I know how hard it was in the beginning.

I lost my train of thought, I didn't realize that imgur had comments. Hopefully you guys won't roast me as much, I promise I'm not as douchey as I apparently look!
