So I'm feeling newly motivated, because I went on a hike yesterday with a friend (of the opposite sex!) and he was just going super easily up that hill and boy was I out of breath. I made it up to the viewpoint though (not that it was very far). And then around a loop. But it was soooo embarrassing to have to ask to stop and then see him turn around and wait for me. My highest weight was 286, now I'm about 238 I think.
I have issues with binge eating, so unfortunately when I tried a medical diet which involved restricted eating (only shakes and bars and very few calories) I had a reaction and after that diet I ended up binging and gaining back what I lost. I'm now in treatment for eating disorder and it seems to be helping I guess.
I just want to lose weight though. I want to get back to where I was 5 years ago, which was like 147. I think I can get there.
