Hey folks! I've been working on this Spotify playlist for a while now, and I'm looking for feedback on it.
I'm not posting this to gain followers or anything, I'm simply posting it because I used to look for a spotify list for ages when I was starting to hit the gym.
Introduction (Speeches)
The first three "songs" in the playlist, is some motivation speeches. This is where you're supposed to be on the treadmill, or have some warmup sets. The reason why I wanted some speeches here, is because you won't be lifting heavy the first 10 minutes of your workout (I hope), so my goal is to make sure your head is being filled up with some real hype for the whole session. I want you to be as hyped as possible, and that you can feel your fingers itching to grab on some weight, and absolutely smash the session.
Other songs (After speeches)
The songs after the speeches, will have some hype drops, and nice buildups. The reason behind this, is because you should have some goals in your mind after the speeches, and I expect a nice burn in the muscle you're hitting. The genre vary from EDM / Future House, to some nice rap - really fast, hehe.
