So I haven't posted in a while. At one point I was 390+ lbs. Today I'm 304. Absolutely nuts man. Honestly it was a combination of undiagnosed diabetes that I now have under control and a recent diet and exercise. I've lost 35 lbs in the last month just eating healthier and my wife and i joined a gym. Shes lost 31 lbs!
No sodas, breads or fried food. I. Also counting macros and calories now which was daunting at first. I'm around 2000 to 2200 calories a day with going to the gym at least 3 times a week for cardio and strength training.
Anyway, I've been trying to run more now that it doesn't hurt as much but my stomach bounces or flops... it's embarrassing and I only run when no ones around and that's not often. Any suggestion to help remedy this? Hopefully I'm not the only one to experience this embarrassing part of being overweight and hopefully it's only a hurdle to overcome in the journey.
