Which do you go by to lose weight? I’m over 100lbs overweight and am trying to make a meal prep grocery list and I’m trying to figure out my calories. I’m a nurse so I put “light exercise 2-3X/week” as my activity level. It has my BMR at 1720 calories and my TDEE at 2365. I was going to try and eat between 1300-1500 calories/day but I was wondering if that was too many calories to lose weight? Also, if I added in some workout classes should i increase my calories or is it ok to keep it in that range to lose weight a little faster? A friend and I are thinking about signing up for a cardio kickboxing class and I’m also thinking of signing up for a yoga studio. Thanks for the help!
