I worked ridiculously hard to lose weight and become healthier. Started meal prepping, lifting weights, and running. Saw amazing success with everything. Got married, had a son, and suddenly I couldn't control myself anymore. Every little stressful event I turn to binge eating. Oh, we need something at the store? I'll go get it, along with a donut or two that I guiltily eat in the car. I've told myself over and over again, don't even go near "x" section, but I always find myself somewhere with something unhealthy to eat. It did start out as like a once a week thing, which wouldn't have been great, but would have been acceptable, but now it's almost every day. Any tips on how to help combat this? I used to use Instagram as a way to hold myself accountable for things, but have been too ashamed to post anything to my account recently.
