I'm so mad at myself!

So I started really trying to take care of myself and lose weight back in January of 2018 and did a great job using keto and intermittent fasting all the way through September of that year. I had lost almost 80lbs and was feeling great but an emotional anniversary came up and I let it derail me.

I stopped eating right and going to the gym and fell back into all my old habits again. A year later and it's September again, I'm now so heavy my scale just sends out an error message, simple tasks have become so much more difficult, and I walk I used to take on my breaks was damn near impossible todat.

I'm so mad that I let myself go again and I'm in a real bad spot with how I feel. I am however going to use this to start again and take back control of my life. I can't let these bad habits win.
