Looking to lose weight. 165cm (5'6") male, currently at 100kg (220lbs), initial goal is to drop to 70kg (154lbs).

So I am planning on losing weight. I have experience with fasting in the past and didn't have any issues with it at all. As a result, I am planning on fasting again.

In the past I fasted for 2 weeks straight and was perfectly fine. However I would assume that fasting for 2 weeks straight might be unhealthy?

Also, I am curious about working out and stuff. At the moment I am not really interested in making muscles and whatnot, but if I remember correctly fasting might result in more muscle loss than fat loss. I am thinking working out my slow down muscle loss.

I am also curious about working out/exercising while fasting. Can I work out intensively while fasting? Or should I mostly stick to light exercising while fasting and working out when I am on a diet?
