I knew that I had gained weight but I never had any clue that I was this bad. When I realized it I went to a bariatric specialist. I considered my options, I went through all the options with my family. I decided against it. I went and talked to John Harlan - "Mobile Personal Trainer" and with his help I've been accountable, I've worked out every other day and I've made huge life changes. I've had people say how unhealthy losing so fast, how bad sweet and low is, how I'll fail, and screw every single one of them.
I started this journey on May 5th 2019 the last picture is September 10th 2019. Hard work, not done yet though, I've got to get the rest trimmed up, so I made a bunch of collages of my progress.
You can do it too, it may not move as fast, and it may take more tools, but it can be done.
