(21M) Plateau is messing up my motivation.

I started out this weightloss at 264lbs. In the 1st month I lost 11lbs...I was happy and my program I was following allows for 1 cheat day a month. So i decided that the last Saturday of the month was gonna be my preapproved cheat day.

On saturday morning I weighted myself in at 248lbs (meaning I'd lost 16 lbs total). I was happy because I'd been stuck at 253lbs for a week longer than anticipated so to see that I finally broke through was a nice feeling.

To start my cheat day I had Wendy's & an ice coffee at mcdonalds for brunch, Next was pizza for dinner and then nighttime came and I went out for beers with the guys (which ended in drunk mcdonalds)

I wokeup the next morning weighing in at 255 (a 7lb increase from the day before) I wasnt alarmed because i expected that i was gonna hold some water weight due to the large quantity of carbs I ate....

Sunday, Monday, Tues & Wednesday have passed and the scale is still reading 254 (give or take a lbs depending on the time of day)

Im Starting to get super stressed cause I'm super tired 24/7, my joints/muscles hurt from all the excersise stress (pushups/pullup/squat/jumping jacks/etc) I feel like a total fail and not only that but I've been stuck at this weight (253) for a while. And before people suggest that I'm getting noob gains/recomping and its distorting the numbers: I doubt I'm gaining muscle because I'm already pretty muscular (I did a bodybuilding style bulk in high school 4 years ago, had noob gains and I've been lifting daily ever since)....

Any advice would be amazing

TL;DR - how do I break a plateau? Tips for joint pain? Tips for brutal energy levels while loosing weight?
