I've noticed when I eat healthier, stick to avoiding sugar, and keeping up with exercising I go to overspending.
I'm aware of the fact I'm an emotional eater and use food to make negative feelings go away. I've been trying my hardest to challenge that mindset, but then I watch myself go to amazon and spend money on things I absolutely don't need when I'm not feeling good. The urge is just as strong as one to binge eat is. I try to accept the emotions that come and sit through it til they pass, but it feels almost impossible. I have over 100 pounds to lose and I really don't want to replace one thing with another the whole way. Has anyone noticed themselves switching their vice and if so, how did you combat it?
