I feel sick whenever i try to lose weight, can anyone help me figure this out?

I always feel sick when i try to lose weight. Shaky, tired, headache etc. I have tried to figure this out, and I haven't been able to.

I'm 167cm, female, 118.6kg, eating 1880 calories

- I drink a lot of water, and I always drink my coffee black at home, so it can't be from lack of water or caffeine. could it be from too much water?

- i have weighed myself with two different set of scales to make sure my weight is accurate, and I planning on losing 0.5 kilos a week, so no a massive deficit, but i have also had this happen at a 0.25kg deficit.

- while of course i'm reducing the amount of added sugar in my diet, i do not consistently have a high amount of sugar in my diet, and this come on too quickly to be from that ( i am poor and during my off week, i am not able to afford things like cookies or chocolate, i don't buy soft drink regularly, and i don't add sugar to my oatmeal etc,) so if its just from the sugar, i feel like i should feel like this every second week even when im not dieting, and i don't? on top of this, I had a big green apple, and a big pear, so I am still getting a good amount of sugar.

- i tend to try to lose weight by a small amount of IF ( eating between 10:30am - 8pm) and replacing a lot of my higher calorie snacks, with lower ones ( pear vs bread and butter), A lot of my meals stay the same ( vegetarian san chow bau, congee, oatmeal, etc) but i just have more of them, instead of things like burgers, and chicken karaage.

- I have a little bit of a trend to hit or exceed my fat/carb goals, but don't meet my protein goals, but not excessively like my protein goal was 94g, and i have 75g of protein yesterday.
