Just sharing my modest progress over two months

Literally have no time to go to the gym, but I do a lot of traveling to different places on different floors. So, I swapped out all elevators (only take the stairs). This leads to about a thousand stair steps a day (sounds like a lot but comes out to about 40 calories burned lol). Also, no more late night snack, no more bad foods like chips, and largely switched to healthy food like apples, carrots, etc.

That being said, I'll just give the first measure and the last measure with the change in parentheses. I wasn't going to post until I plateaued, but I'm so happy about the most recent week's progress that I had to share:

Weight(kg): 86.9-->75.6 (-11.3)
Weight(lbs): 191.6-->166.7 (-24.9)
BMI: 27.7-->24.1 (-3.6)
Skeletal muscle(%): 33.2-->35.1 (+1.9)
Body fat(%): 23.3-->18 (-5.3)
Visceral fat(%): 13-->9
Body age: 9 years older than my actual age :(
Now: 1 year younger than my actual age :)
