I'm a 20 year old 6'4, 400lb man. I've played sports all of my life (football, basketball, baseball, and some friendly soccer) but after my knee injury that derailed my career in 2015 I ended up being very complacent with where I was and never really gave a crap about my weight. I was around 280-290 around the time of my knee injury and ended up getting to where I am now with zero exercise and eating a bunch of junk. I'm not one of those people who's completely unaware of what they put in their body or how overweight they area. I am aware of the damage I do to my body by eating all of these horrible foods but I still eat them as if I'm addicted to it. This is a mindset I know I have to change and with that comes a diet I must abide by. I've looked into Keto but I'm not 100% sure it's the perfect choice for me. I'm not sure where to start or how do begin a diet but I'm really interested in finding out what are the best options for me. Any response is appreciated. Thank you and here's to become a healthier and happier person! <3
