Hi! So, I recently started Intermittent Fasting, and it's a lot easier to stay below my calorie goals now. Since I'd been on a calorie restricted diet for awhile before starting, my tastes have changed and a lot of the foods I tend to want how aren't very calorie dense. So sometimes it's a little too easy to stay below my calorie goals. Today, I wasn't trying to keep my calories much lower than I have been (aiming for below 1500), but when I was eating what I wanted to, I ended up coming in at just below 850 and feeling satisfied. I knew it was pretty low, but I do usually eat more. When my eating window closed, I finished up today's diary on My Fitness Pal and it gave me a pop up telling me to eat more. It's probably a stupid question, but do I need to make sure I get above its recommended 1000 a day every day, or is falling below every now and again just because the foods I happened to want to eat that day didn't have a lot okay?
If it matters at all, I do have a history of restrictive eating (>500 cals/day), but it's been years and I'm not experiencing most of the same weird feelings about food I used to back then.
