Head getting fuzzy?

Hey y'all, this is the second time I've tried to lose weight. The last time I was 22, and I ate around 1800 initially (keto), but eventually found it a major struggle to hit 1200, as I just wasnt ever hungry. I lost a ton of weight. Now I'd gained a significant chunk of it back in the intervening years.

I'm finally under 190, but only just. I've lost 13lbs since Oct 10th. I've done this by eating better food, and eating less it. I usually land between 1200-1500kcal a day (not keto), some days less some days more. I'm drinking way more water than I used to. The only thing really is I still dont really have a handle on my sleep, but I'm an insomniac so that's not surprising.

The issue I'm having now is for the last few days, around this time (7-8pm cst), I'm getting really fuzzy and vaguely light headed? It's hard to describe, but I have a really hard time focusing, not only mentally, but my sight feels like its swimming. I've noticed my skin feels hot to the touch, though my hands are still cold. I'm in canada, so I'll be seeing my dr. soon either way, but I'm wondering if theres anything I should be wary of in my diet that could be causing this.

Typical go-tos are: Bread, ham, cheese, chicken, broccoli, tomatoes, rice, rice cakes, trail mix, yogurt

Thanks for the inspiration otherwise!
