Guys. I need all of your wisdom and knowledge to help me. I am a rookie in the gym. But listen, i’m a typical girl who wants to go and bulk and get “thick”. But here’s the thing, i’m not in the best shape rn. And I wanna be, but I also wanna gain muscle, not fat. Ya hear me? So couple questions

How do I go about macros and such (that fit my personal needs and me as a person cause i know everyone is diff) ? How do i even know how much (caloric wise) am i to consume? Do i go to a nutritionist to find this out in detail?

If i’m attempting to gain muscle (Fellow plant based members, help me out) What are the best plant proteins to consume? especially when you’re working out
and last but not least, what are gym mistakes people make who are trying to lean but bulk to avoid so i’m not gaining weight?
