I have been trying to loose weight for over a year but I haven’t been able to as I am skipping meals skipping gym and sometimes can’t even afford in going to the gym. So many things going on in my life but I want to loose weight but I have been stress eating my whole life. As last night I found out that My employer is letting me go because of cost cutting process in the that anxiety or stress I don’t know what to name it but I cooked myself a large meal and ate it completely followed by a tub of ice cream. These things and setbacks happen everyday in my life maybe they happen to everyone I am exaggerating but I need suggestions on how to loose weight without spending much on personal training or supplements. I am not looking for one day wonders or something but I need to earn my confidence. It’s been two years since I have encountered women and I have started feeling that no one want to date a fat guy and developed a self hate in this process. I have made myself alienated from the society and relatives. I have seen some good suggestions on this group so I would like something which can help or even a casual chat would be nice to have someone who have been in the same state as I am or something.
