I’m not sure if this is the right place to post, so please bear with me.
I’m 19F, 5’7, 145-150 lbs. A lot of it is muscle (in my legs) since I often get told I look 125-130. I’m generally happy with my body. I don’t count calories that often, and I don’t watch what I eat (I’m going to start doing that for separate reasons aside from wanting my stomach to change).
I guess what I’m getting at here is that I’m happy with my body otherwise. I don’t want to lose weight in my legs, boobs, face, anywhere but my stomach.
My stomach is not awful. It’s decently flat. It looks toned when I wear high waisted leggings... but the truth is it is not. I once changed in front of a friend and she was shocked at how squishy it is. I get rolls when I sit - I know everyone does, but mine are big and prominent - and in general I’d like my stomach to be a little less squishy/big, especially since I’ll have to wear a swimsuit next month.
I’m not sure if I need to lose weight or tone, or how to even start doing either of those. Any tips would be appreciated. Also, what sort of changes can I expect to see in a month?
