Maybe I'm the only one, but I normally don't have that much of a problem with food, sure there would usually be some snacking here and there, but not that extreme. My problem comes into play when I eat at a meal more that I would have to in order to feel satiated.
After that I just go crazy. Oh, I just ate soup with 2 slices of toast and lasagna after that, even if I didn't need it because I was already full? You know what would go just splendid right now? Some of that leftover toast with sour cream, I mean how could I leave that sour cream in that bowl? But after that let's look in the pantry to see what my mom put in there since last time I visited. Would you look at that. A package of biscuits that was left open and unattended, wouldn't it be a shame if... someone were to take a couple? Aaaand now I'm thirsty, let's go and make some tea.
Now I'm so nauseous and in pain because of the unholy amount of food that I ate in just one sitting. At least I kind of saw this happening beforehand and only ate some 200cal yogurt.
Thank God that I had some moment of clarity after making that tea and just went back to my room to wait to be able to enjoy my drink. I could totally see myself going even further than that, but hey, at least I stopped. Now I just have so shamefully log all that I just ate into the app to see the damage that I've just done.
I just checked and it was somewhere around my maintenance??? Maybe it felt like a lot because I was eating it in one go, but I still think that I may have forgotten something because this isn't as bad as I've thought??
