I just wanted to post this. I started my life change in July, I decided to start counting calories and going to the gym religiously 5-6 days a week. I started out with cardio and then slowly got I to a PPL routine to help keep the muscles occupied during a calorie deficit.
I started at 364lbs, I was miserable with myself and had zero self esteem in dating, work, life in general.
Over the last couple months, as the weight has come off and as I can see my muscles growing I notice how people look at me differently, talk to me differently. I started dressing better, I took a check from a good week at work and bought a few suits and some button downs.
I feel like a completely new person even though I am still about 78lba from my goal and I have positive motivation to keep going.
I just wanted to post this to say that stories I read in here really helped keep me going, thank you guys.
