I’m writing here because this also applies to people losing weight. So I’ve read a very famous book on intuitive eating and I’ve also been in therapy for a long time. All of this to say, I’ve learnt that the most sustainable way to maintain a healthy weight (or lose weight in someone else’s case) is not to count calories but to eat intuitively (basically eating whatever you want when you’re hungry and stopping when you are satiated). I constantly find myself counting calories and I feel like it’s engrained in my mind. Does anyone know any tips so stop calorie counting and how to eat intuitively?

Also if anyone else has any experience with losing weight while eating intuitively please share! (Or your opinions on this philosophy)
