I know there’s a million of these

Hey people of reddit! I know, I know... there’s a million of these posts, and this is my first post so please refrain from Internet murder.

But, I need help. I’m a 21 year old male. 5’7 180 pounds. According to “google” I’m 30 pounds overweight, but you can see at least 4 of my ribs. I’m skinny from below my man boobs to my belly button but everything below that I’m a mushroom. For the last month I’ve eaten nothing but tofu and water and other healthy things. I try to maintain 1,500 calories because I’m NEVER hungry. What am I doing wrong? Am I classified as “skinny fat” and I should just lift more? Or just keep eating healthy and wait for months and months to slim down more? I have really high hip bones so I think that’s why all my fat gains in that one area.

Sorry you had to read a book.
