[MORE DEETS IN DESC] what would you recommend for someone who has lost their way, due to breakup and alcoholism

So I’ve (M26) never been the healthiest guy or the fittest guy. Whole life I’ve been a bit overweight but from 2013 to 2016 I was 87KG for 5’10 guy. Pretty fit pretty happy but still some ways to go. But since then I got complacent and then the year after my girlfriend left me in 2018. Since then I’ve been drinking almost everyday and now I’m at 100KG. I can’t sleep, I am depressed most of the time even though everything in my life has been good (minus GF and shit relationship with dad). I’ve got a great job and everything and living a pretty chill life considering I’m earning. But before the break up I knew what I was earning isn’t enough and even now I think what I’m earning isn’t enough. Point being is that then I was somewhat fit and healthy and that had me with my head on the goal which was to be successful. Now I’m just wasting my time away and I think I should get back into the mindset and I feel the best thing for me to do is to lose weight and fix my diet and get back into gym. I plan on joining the gym as soon as I get my next salary. For that I am currently thinking just doing 30 min cardio for now so I can get into a rhythm. What would you suggest for someone who has for the last three years not done any (almost any) exercise but wants to get their health in check and get started. I want it to be slow but consistent. I don’t want to go heavy because In the last three years I’ve got straight up heavy and given up in a month or two. Please let me know what you guys think and ask for more details if you need to help me. Thanks a lot and GL have fun to everyone.
