NEED ADVICE! (M 13, 5’7, SW:210 CW: 175 GW: 140

Yes I know I have asked for advice here before but I think I’m obsessed with the scale. I’ve lost about 30 pounds in 2 months just by playing basketball every day for 3 hours and if one day I’m not playing then I’m working out. I’ve posted all my methods on a different post but anyways I’m gonna get to the point. I was about to shower and then it hit me, I have no clothes on, I just peed so I have less water weight on me and I just did #2 aswell. So I said to myself that I might just weigh myself. So I’m at 174.7 and then EVERY SINGLE day I weigh myself and see 177, 180, 176, 179 and then I tell myself, “you’re on the right track, you’re doing everything perfectly and all you have is clothing on, you just drank 2 liters of water and you have your phone in your pocket” so I’ve always had slow bowel movement, so everytime I poop now it’s like a routine to weigh in and it’s weird. Imagine just doing everything well and getting compliments from everyone but not being satisfied until you take a shit and weigh yourself.
