First ones pretty obvious with popcorn. Pain in the ass to eat when I’ve got braces but it does the job of filling me up and relieving that salty, crunchy craving.
And the other one which I don’t see people talk about is jelly! Now I’m in the uk, so our jelly is different to American jelly. I believe in America jelly is what we would call jam. In this case, jelly is the very soft and fruity gelatinous mixture that you can make with water and a sachet. Each sachet that I buy is under 100 cals and fills up a very large bowl that I eat in place of sweet cravings. Also, chuck some frozen fruit in the mix when it’s still warm and coming down in temp to set and you’ve got a very nice and flavourful binge food for very low calories
