Weight lost advice

I don't really know if this is the right place to post but.....let's go.

Alright, I'm 19 and 5'7 with shoes on and i weight close to 85 KG(whatever that is in lbs) eventhough my peers (& strangers) tell me i look close to 70. I suspect the reason i'm more heavy than i look is because i have a boxy frame (thicker bones lol) and i have a big posterior ( I'm a male and have a bigger butt than most females lol). The thing is, even though i dont look obese with clothes on, i feel ashamed everytime i look in the mirror naked (shower time ofc). I have man boobs which show when wearing tee shirt but i have no way around it since i lived in a warm country near the equator. I had completed high school a year ago and had just completed my pre-u course. I previously thought that i can lose some weight during my pre-u time as classes as compact as it was, but i kept procastinating and ended up gaining weight from 80 to 85ish. Previously in high school, i was compulsory for us to participate in sports and therefore i even though i was 80kg, i was still plenty fit and was able to finish a futsal match and sparring competition with breath left to spare. But now, even though i'm only 5kg heavier than i was before, i get fatique very easily and at a young age of 19, i don't wanna die early. So today i'm writing this post so that my dear redditors can provide me some valueble tips in my journey of loseit. Let's continue in some background information, my family can be said to have fat genes or maybe it due to our love of food, every member are in some way fat. I dont really want this to pass down to my future generation. Therefore, it's okay to be fat in my family so there basically no pressure for me to slim down. Please provide me safe and efficient technique to slim down. Thank you for reading this post and bearing with my horrible english. Any comments are welcome and please dont be mean.
