Hello losers,
Happy Saturday.
Weight by end of month (205 lbs, preferably trend weight): 207.8 this morning.
Stay within calorie range: Should be good. 12/14 days.
Exercise 5 days a week: Vigorous cleaning & lots of steps. 12/15 days.
Limit purchased coffee drinks (3 a week), if exceeded, $25 donation: Narp. 7/13 total.
Self-care time (journaling, beauty treatments, anything that makes me feel taken care of): Yes.
Try a new recipe once a week: Creole chicken & white bean soup & creole seasoning mix, creole chicken & anduoille sausage over cauliflower rice so far. I have a couple recipes I would like to make with SO for dinner. Week night dinners are tough. But, I want my stand by tasty chili next week for meal prep so I'ma need to do a new one for dinner. 3/4 weeks.
Finish The Body Keeps the Score: Not today. This is such a tough book to sit down with.
Drawing prompt every day: We'll see. 5/15 days.
Do/say something to make SO smile: Accomplished.
