So I went on holiday and wanted to enjoy myself so I just let myself eat whatever I wanted, I didn’t OVEROVER eat but maybe an extra cookie here and there ya know? So I was gone for that one month and I gained 10 POUNDS.
Is that even normal? Is that suppose to happen that bad? Is there something wrong with my digestion because I’ve always been someone that gains weight REALLLLYYY FAST and looses it pretty slowly?
Anyways it was especially annoying for me because I lost 8 pounds before the trip so now I’m back to my normal in fact higher! The good thing is that I managed to get a little bit of weight off but I’m stuck and just don’t know what to do. Yea count calories fuck I have been but nothing has been happening,,,
Before holiday: 81.1 Kg After: 86-87Kg Now: 84.1 Kg
I’m just so frustrated that it’s taken me two months to lose 2 kilos and I’m still not even back to my normal weight
