So as the title says, I need as much help as possible in terms of tips and what not. I am 16 years old and I weigh around 158 pounds while being around 6 feet. I have a little chub around everywhere on my body, but not a big amount, though still an amount that is noticeable. Though, when flexing, there is some muscle to be seen. So before summer, I want to have lost that chub and built some muscle.
I have gone to the gym on and off for a month, but I'm ready to take it on now. I have bought some stuff such as beta-alanine, taurine, l-arginine, creatine, protein powder and caffeine pills.
Are there any tips I could follow. All help is needed.
